How it works

Pan Conveyor, the trough is continuously fixed in series on the endless chain, the chain is subjected to the traction of the conveyor, and the trough is used as a carrier for conveying materials to form a trough-chain conveyor belt. The conveyor belt bypasses the head sprocket and the tail redirection wheel, and the sprocket meshes to drive the chain, and the conveyor belt is dragged to continuously circulate along the fixed track along the roller at the bottom of the trough. The material is loaded at the receiving point, and is taken along the belt to be removed to realize the distance transportation of the material.
It consists of driving device, tensioning device, traction chain, pans, drive and reversing sprocket, frame etc. It has been widely used in metallurgy, coal, chemical, electric power, machinery manufacturing and other industrial.

• 1. Adaptability
  Pan conveyor is suitable for the transportation of bulk materials and granular materials without viscous materials. It is especially suitable for the transportation of materials with large blocks and sharp edges and corners, hot (such as cement clinker, etc.). Cooling can be done simultaneously in the process.Higher temperature materials (600 ° ~ 700 °). It can also adapt to more demanding conditions, such as heavy logs, sharp ore and harmful chemicals.
  2. The transmission line layout is flexible.
  Compared to belt conveyors, pan conveyors can be transported at larger angles of inclination and smaller bend radii, thus providing greater flexibility in placement. The inclination of the slab conveyor can reach 30°-35°, and the bending radius is generally about 5-8m;
  3. Large conveying capacity
  In particular, the pan conveyor (generally called double-chain wavy pan conveyor) has a conveying capacity of more than 1000 tons per hour;
  4. The traction chain can be equipped with accessories of various structures to meet different conveying requirements of different materials and realize various continuous processes.
